Pumpkin Patch

I was invited to join our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter to a local pumpkin patch!

This place was no joke!  Bishop’s Pumpkin Farm is 40 acres of pumpkins of all sizes, a carousel, zip line, pony rides, train rides, hay rides, corn maze, gift shop and of course a bake shop.

This is a very popular attraction for families and field trips for schools during the month of October.  There are picnic areas that you can enjoy an extended stay at the farm while enjoying your lunch.  There are dining options at the farm as well, if you want to indulge in corn dogs or BBQ!!

We rode the miniature train around the farm first where we saw horses in the pasture, goats and sheep grazing and several old piece of farm machinery.
